CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve your appointments especially for you.
We understand that occasionally you cannot make your appointment.
Therefore, we request and appreciate at least 24 hours' notice, by a courteous phone call if you are unable to attend your appointment. If you fail to give us 24 hours' notice or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the value of your booking.
